Owen Nash

President and CEO

Under Owen Nash, TOC Logistics has seen transformative and sustained growth. In his role as President and CEO, he oversees Canada-wide company operations and direction, ensuring our end-to-end support mandate is felt at every stage of the customer experience.

In his 25-year career, Owen has touched every level of leadership in the procurement process. His specialty lies in procurement management and the oversight of supply chain and warehousing operations. He has managed and led generational projects, multimillion dollar programs, and hundreds of team members.

His multi-faceted industry experience in high tech, aerospace, utilities, and third-party logistics informs his data-driven, relationship-focused leadership style. Owen’s focus is on connecting people to places where they can best nurture and contribute to a strategy of sustained growth at TOC Logistics.

Alison Boase

Vice President, Supply Chain Operations

In her 25-year career, Alison Boase has worked in a variety of industries, from high tech to utilities to fashion, a range that speaks volumes to her highly adaptable leadership style. At TOC Logistics, she heads up Procurement, Customer Service, and Account Management with a passion for excellence and a commitment to the customer.

Alison has worked with people from all professional backgrounds, including facilities and buildings, skilled trades, construction and maintenance, IT and network, and physical security. She has managed teams in both the unionized and private sectors and thrives when bringing people together to find common ground and common purpose. Alison’s focus at TOC Logistics is providing customers with meaningful communication and value through every step in their journey.

Chetna Kapadia

Senior Director, Finance and Corporate Services

Chetna Kapadia is a Certified Public Accountant whose 25-year career has been all about blending rigor and process with ethical values. She has experience leading the financial departments for both publicly traded and private companies, supporting a range of internal and external needs, from marketing and product launches to business development initiatives. With decades of experience in the security and telecom spaces, Chetna is an expert at building, motivating, and mentoring specialized teams that support various financial functions, including accounting, reporting, and formulating and presenting financial results to leadership.

Her expertise has given her the discipline and rigor to execute in her role for TOC Logistics today. She’s excited to find new opportunities for expansion and is proud to be part of a team where

Peter Diamantakos

Director, Transportation, Safety and Compliance

Peter Diamantakos brings more than 25 years of experience in transportation and operations leadership to TOC Logistics. Having worked his way up from the warehouse floor to senior leadership roles, he understands what it takes to build teams and services customers can rely on.

Peter has led operations across multiple sites, along with carrier and fleet teams, including in temperature-controlled and food-safety-certified environments. Today, he is responsible for the strategy, growth and performance of TOC’s freight division. He is expanding the company’s transportation services, including final-mile delivery and fleet capacity, while managing relationships with parcel, courier, LTL and other transportation carriers.

Peter also leads safety across all TOC facilities. He oversees TOC’s food-grade certification programs, audit readiness and recertification, and evaluates new certifications and management systems that support the company’s growth.

For Peter, a dependable freight operation starts with people. He leads with integrity and works with his teams to deliver transportation that is safe, compliant and consistently on time.

Bill Rammos

Director of Business Development

With over 24 years of experience in the distribution, warehousing and logistics space, Bill Rammos thrives on being customer-obsessed and building solutions that fit the customer’s business requirements.
Bill started as an account executive, and he was quickly promoted by continually driving growth and increasing market share for the largest Film distributor in Canada. As the Vice President, Brand Sales and Marketing for North America, his division helped deliver 19% EBITDA growth working with key retailers such as Walmart, Amazon, Best Buy, Loblaws and Amazon.
With experience in B2B, B2C, retail, and e-commerce applications, Bill will build a scalable solution that works for the customer. At TOC Logistics, Bill is responsible for acquiring new 3PL customers and account management.

Stephen Dow

Director of Sales

Stephen Dow serves as the Director of Sales, leveraging over three decades of experience in the electrical utility industry. His journey began working in a warehouse for an electrical distributor, where he developed a strong foundation in the intricacies of the sector. Over the years, Stephen has honed his skills and expertise, emerging as a strategic leader with a deep understanding of supply chain dynamics and sales strategies tailored to the industry’s unique needs.
In his role at TOC Logistics, Stephen is responsible for facilitating seamless coordination between suppliers and utility companies, ensuring efficient delivery of essential services. His strategic vision and innovative approach have contributed significantly to the company’s success, driving growth and fostering strong partnerships within the industry. Stephen’s dedication to excellence and deep industry knowledge makes him a respected leader in the electrical utility community.
