Our team reviews your specifications, cable condition, reel requirements, schedule and transportation needs before providing a quote.
03 WE CUT OR RESPOOL
Cable is measured, cut or transferred according to the approved specifications. Each completed cut or reel is identified before leaving our facility.
04 CHOOSE PICKUP OR DELIVERY
Arrange pickup from your facility or supplier and delivery to our facility. Once the work is complete, we can deliver to your warehouse or jobsite. Customer drop-off and collection are also available.
05 IT ARRIVES READY FOR THE NEXT STEP
Your cable arrives protected, organized and prepared for storage, transportation or installation.

Your cable cost does not end with the purchase.
Measuring, cutting, respooling, handling and transporting cable all require labour, equipment and time. When this work is completed onsite, the cost may be hidden within field hours, project delays and material loss.
FIELD PREPARATION
Skilled workers spend time measuring, cutting, respooling and handling cable instead of completing installation work.
EXCESS MATERIAL AND OFFCUTS
Additional cable may be ordered to prevent shortages, leaving unused material that must be stored, transported or discarded.
DAMAGED REELS
Worn or damaged reels can make cable harder and less safe to handle while increasing the risk of material damage.
DELAYED INSTALLATION
When cable arrives unprepared, installation may not begin until measuring, cutting, staging or respooling is complete.
ADDITIONAL TRANSPORTATION AND HANDLING
Moving full bulk reels or unnecessary material can add handling requirements and transportation costs.
These activities may not appear as separate line items, but they still affect the cost and schedule of the project.

WHAT HAPPENS IF PROJECT MEASUREMENTS CHANGE?
Contact our team as soon as possible. We will review whether production has started and explain the available options. Approved cable cuts cannot be rejoined if measurements later change.
HOW DO YOU CONFIRM CUTTING ACCURACY?
Every order is completed according to the specification sheet approved by the customer. Cable lengths, quantities, labels and reel requirements are confirmed before production.
IS THIS ONLY AVAILABLE TO EXISTING TOC LOGISTICS CUSTOMERS?
No. Cable cutting and respooling are available as standalone services or alongside TOC’s transportation, warehousing and fulfillment services.
